Cancellation Policy
A written notice of cancellation to safetytraining@tdi.texas.gov must be received before 4 p.m. CT, January 5, 2022 for a refund of 50 percent.
If your schedule changes and you cannot attend the seminar, you may choose another seminar of equal value, or a substitution may be made at no cost. Registrants who do not cancel or prepay prior to the event are liable for the cost of the seminar.
No refunds for cancellations received after 4 p.m. Central Time Zone, January 5, 2022 or no-shows.
