Cancellation Policy

A written notice of cancellation to safetytraining@tdi.texas.gov must be received before 4 p.m. CT, March 16, 2022 for a refund of 50 percent.

If your schedule changes and you cannot attend the seminar, you may choose another seminar of equal value, or a substitution may be made at no cost. Registrants who do not cancel or prepay prior to the event are liable for the cost of the seminar. Their is a convenance fee of $1.00, for a cancelation the refund would be $29.00.

No refunds for cancellations received after 4 p.m. Central Time Zone, March 16, 2022 or no-shows.
