Visitor Parking

OSHA Training in advance; Contact safetytraining@tdi.texas.gov to schedule visitor parking. Scheduled visitors must park on the top level of Garage B, address is 1607 San Jacinto, Austin, 78701. For individuals, we will need their license plate number for DPS (see below for details). Other visitor parking options and a map of the Capital Complex:

• Garage R, 1708 San Jacinto Blvd. | Free 30-minute limited public parking.
• Capitol Visitors Parking Garage, 1201 San Jacinto Blvd. | First two hours free, fees apply.
• UT Trinity Garage, 1815 Trinity St. | Fees apply.
• Bullock Texas State History Museum, 1800 Congress Ave. | Fees apply.
• UT Health Center Garage, 1601 Trinity St. | Fees apply.

You will need to send an email to safetytraining@tdi.texas.gov, ten days in advance of the first day of class, the following:

• Who the person is.
• What days they will be at BJB.
• How long they will be here. (time and days)
• The vehicle information.  (Make, model, color, plates).

IF you do not submit the information, you will be responsible for your own parking.

We will submit the information to DPS they will issue a special parking permit and put the visitor on the do not ticket or tow list.

This is what is in place for now. Things can change as we go along. Everyone will be notified if it does change.
